Well, I just got back to Texas a few days ago. It's been a whirlwind of activity and change the last couple weeks. I took a short beach trip in Thailand to relax a few days before finishing out the last two weeks with the ministry.
Some things I was able to finish (Praise God!) the last week there were building some furniture and finishing a good deal of healthcare curriculum.
All in all, Bangkok was really starting to feel more like home and I find myself missing friends and Thailand itself. It was really great to get more of God's heart for Thailand the last few weeks I was there, and I left from a place of strength, peace and contentment.
For those of you in the DFW area, I will be having a party to talk about my time in Thailand and show more pictures. It will be this coming Monday night, the 9th and I will talking briefly at about 8pm. If you have any questions or would like to come, please facebook, call, or email me.
Thanks so much for checking out the blog, I'll be continuing to post to some degree about the ministry I'll be involved with here in DFW and on my campus. Thank you also for all of the prayers and support throughout this summer. Glory was brought to God, people were helped and many great things happened-and all of this couldn't be done without all of you supporting and helping me.
